Saturday, February 15
7:00 Warm cinnamon rolls with coffee and tea
8:00 BREAKFAST, continental
10:00 Prep focaccia bread for lunch
11:00 Prepare lunch: Mortadella sandwich (Anthony Bourdain’s favorite!) and Butternut Squash Soup
12:30 LUNCH, then free afternoon
4:00 Prepare dinner: Carolina Caesar Salad, Beef Wellington, Potato Espuma, and Crème Brulee
6:30 DINNER (with white and red wine pairings)

7:00 Madeleines with coffee and tea

Three-day cooking class: $350 per couple (includes welcome gifts, all instruction, all food, wines, & Inner Banks Mercantile giftcard); lodging is an additional $159 to $219 per night.
